Saturday October 11th, 2025 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Local artists and crafters, don’t miss this great opportunity sell your unique handmade arts and crafts to some early holiday shoppers.

How to register:

Review the Vendor agreement below.

To register on-line:
Click the Buy now! button on the top right.
The MBC Craft Bazaar Vendor Registration page will display.
Enter your First name and Last name and Confirmation email address.
Enter the quantity you want for Spaces, Table rentals and Power access.
Click the Continue button to complete your on-line registration and make your payment.

To register via mail:
Download and print the 2025 Vendor Application form below under Downloadable documents.
Mail the completed Vendior Application form and your check to Cathy Rogers C/O MBC - 5971 E. Mason Lake Dr. West, Grapeview, WA. 98546.
Make the check payable to the MBC Craft Bazaar.

VENDOR AGREEMENT
Fees:
Space: A charge of $25.00 for each 5'x6' space for non-MBC members, or $15.00 for MBC members, paid at registration.
Table Rental: There are a limited number of tables available at a rental fee of $5.00 each, first come first serve.
All fees are due upon receipt of signed application or on-line registration and are non-refundable after September 15th, 2025.

Bazaar Hours: Saturday October 11th, 2025 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Vendor Setup: 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Friday, 7:30 am to 9:00 am Saturday morning
Vendor Breakdown: No earlier than 3:00 pm on Saturday
Bazaar Location: Mason Benson Community Center 5971 E. Mason Lake Dr. West, Grapeview, WA 98546
Amenities: Internet WIFI, Electrical outlets available upon request (see registration form). Refrigerator and microwave available for vendor lunches. Free water for vendors.
MBC advertises the craft bazaar in many venues such as: FestivalNet and local papers, flyers etc.
