When: July 3rd - No Slack Jack from 6-8 PM

All Shows except Saturday, July 11 begin at 6 pm. Please don’t forget your anchors!

Friday, July 3 : “Rockin’ Before the Rockets Roar” featuring No Slack Jack, playing high-energy, maximum fun Rock and Roll hits.

Saturday, July 11: Please Note Earlier Start Time of 5:45, “Merlot or Moonshine, It’s All Good”, featuring Jim Landis and Mason Lake’s own Rhodene Schauer starting the evening off with Country and Americana tunes followed by the award-winning Michael Anthony Pratt Band playing Country Classics and their own special brand of Country magic. With this much entertainment in one night, we had to begin the fun a little earlier.

Saturday, July 18: “Sunglasses, Leather, and ROCK AND ROLLLLL” brings Classic Rock to the Lakeside with 33 1/3 bringing back memories when guitars and more guitars were the MTV order of the day.

Saturday, July 25: “Hey, I CAN Get Some Satisfaction Night” with The Jaggernots opening up the Rolling Stones Song Catalog playing all their hits.

Saturday, August 1: “Get Your R&B Buzz On” with Bill Brown and the Kingbees

Saturday, August 8:

A few lineup changes are in store for the Series. On August 8th, we take a walk on the cool side of jazz and rock fusion with HDF, that’s shorthand for The Handy Dullum Fusion Band. This is definitely some expensive wine-sipping music, so leave your Two Buck Chuck in the fridge and bring out the good stuff.

Saturday, August 15: “Bourbon, Backroads, and Bluegrass” featuring the down-home Bluegrass Music of The Jimmy Hoffman Band

Saturday, August 22: “We Still Have More Beer, More R&B Please” with The Tonz playing rhythm and blues favorites

Saturday, August 29: Another change will be on August 29 where by popular demand, we bring back the group that started the Series, No Slack Jack. Last time, they wanted to play until 10pm and we had to cut them off short- so they're back to finish the job. Which brings us to the Grand Finale on Saturday, September 5th.

Saturday, September 5:

On Saturday, September 5th (Labor Day Weekend) it’s Double Header Night! Starting at 4:00 pm, the good times kick off with Rock music by 33 1/3, with none other than my friend and neighbor Art Witson on drums. The band w

ill be performing hits from the 60s, 70s, and 80s from 4-6pm. After 33 1/3, get ready for the Grand Finale with The Bucklin Hill Band. If you were here for the show where Karl Moffett sang “Danny Boy” to a mesmerized Lake audience, you saw only three of the members of The Bucklin Hill Band. Imagine what you’re going to hear when they are joined by the other five members of the full band! It’s a show you won’t want to miss, and a fitting ending to a fun Lakeside Concert Series.

That’s it for now. Come early and find a good anchoring spot. Also, boat skippers, please remember that as inviting as they look for tying your boat on, the boundary bouys aren’t strong enough to secure a boat to, so please resist the urge.

Performance Update: In the “Show Must Go On” spirit, unless the weather is truly miserable, the entertainment will happen as scheduled. The entertainers however will be playing on our covered front porch, and the music should still be enjoyed by those living on the Northwest shore of the Lake.
